Information you send

When you use the project inquiry form or email AG Literary Translation, you may provide your name, email address, manuscript details, word count, language direction, timeline, and other information you choose to include.

How the information is used

Inquiry information is used to review the project, respond to you, prepare a quote or agreement if appropriate, and communicate about requested translation services. The website does not intentionally store contact-form submissions in a site database; submitted information is delivered to the business email account and may remain in email records.

Manuscripts and sensitive material

Please do not paste a complete unpublished manuscript into the public inquiry form. Send only enough information to evaluate the project. If additional manuscript material is needed, delivery instructions can be provided separately.

Technical information

The web host and other infrastructure providers may process standard connection information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and server logs for security, reliability, and operation of the site. This site may also load web fonts from Google Fonts, which can receive standard connection data when your browser requests those files.

Sharing

AG Literary Translation does not sell inquiry information. Information may be processed by service providers used to host the website, deliver email, or support normal business operations, and may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the site and its users.
