Project inquiries

Submitting an inquiry does not create a translator-client relationship, reserve availability, or require either party to proceed. A project begins only after the parties agree to the applicable written scope, price, payment terms, schedule, and other project terms.

Rights to submitted material

By submitting text or manuscript information for evaluation, you represent that you own the relevant rights or have permission to request translation or evaluation of that material.

Pricing and timelines

Any estimate shown or discussed before manuscript assessment may change based on source-word count, complexity, genre, research, formatting, language direction, revision needs, and schedule. The written project quote or agreement controls.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website's original branding, layout, and written site content may not be copied or republished for commercial use without permission. Rights in client manuscripts remain subject to the author's or rights holder's ownership and the applicable project agreement.
